At this moment we are ONLY accepting returns in exchange for Store credit, which will be issued via an E-Gift Card (gift cards do not expire). Your E-gift card will cover the original purchase price and tax, if applicable. We do not credit original shipping costs.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES (USA & International):

Returns & exchanges must be made within 7 business days.

You must contact [email protected] within 7 business days of receipt. Include Order# and reason for return. *Please allow 24-72 hours for a reply.
To facilitate the return process we will email you a pre-paid return label. Note: Return-Shipping cost will be deducted from total refund amount. (Shipping costs varies depending on weight and location). *FREE RETURN SHIPPING FOR SAME ITEM EXCHANGES (USA ONLY).
Return item(s) within 5 business days from receiving your return label via email. Note: After 5th day the return-shipping label will expire.
Once we receive and inspect your return we will issue an E-gift card, if approved.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS: These items are final sale and cannot be returned and/or exchanged.

Damaged, washed, worn or altered items.
Items returned with deodorant, makeup, any odors and stains.
Bathing suits, bodysuits, jewelry.
All sale items.
Defective or Incorrect Item?
